Leadership Programme is a unique opportunity for LGBT professionals to explore what it means to be an authentic leader while giving you the space to reflect on the relationship between your identity as an LGBT person and your leadership performance in the workplace. The Stonewall Leadership Programme is a CPD accredited intensive two-day residential course.
Young Leaders Programme is held over two days, with a reunion event six weeks later. This programme inspires you to think about your impact on others as young LGBT leaders and role models. Led by Stonewall facilitators, the programme creates a safe space for you to explore what it means to lesbian, gay, bi or trans in the workplace. If you are aged 18 to 24, thinking about your future and wondering how your sexual orientation or gender identity relates to the workplace and your career aspirations, the Stonewall Young Leaders Programme could be for you.
Allies Programme is one-day course that gives non-LGBT individuals the opportunity to explore what it means to be a role model and the space to identify how they are going to create an inclusive environment for everyone.
LGBT Role Models Programme is a one-day programme that gives individuals the opportunity to explore what it means to be a role model and the space to identify how they are going to create an inclusive environment for everyone.
